	rong>\, followed by our panel <em><strong><strong>"Organizing for Democrac
	y: Past Lessons and Future Imaginings".</strong></strong></em> An intergen
	erational conversation featuring movement leaders and organizers exploring
	 the role organizing has played in shaping American democracy\, the curren
	t state of organizing in America\, and offering hopes and recommendations 
	for the future of organizing.<br>Participants will leave with a deeper und
	erstanding of their own role in advancing democratic change and collective
